Tracy provides technical and managerial assistance primarily to publicly owned, RD eligible rural and small water systems in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Tracy can also assist in other areas as well, such as: water distribution, leak detection, membrane filtration, wells, work zone safety, financial and general management. |

Frank provides technical, managerial and maintenance assistance primarily to publicly owned, Rural Development, eligible rural and small wastewater systems in the Commonwealth of Virginia. |

Donna provides on-site technical assistance to small rural municipal wastewater systems with a population under 10,000 and rural systems in unincorporated areas within a state/jurisdiction. |

Joey works with area-wide committees to develop protection plans for their drinking water sources. He initiates the implementation of protection activities suggested by the committees. |

Myrica was employed by VRWA in August 1987 as Office Manager. Her responsibilities included the association’s finances, membership, training notifications and Chair of the Annual Conference Committee. Myrica was then promoted to Assistant Director where she assisted the Executive Director and the Board of Directors with the association’ s legislative events. In March 2007 she was promoted to Executive Director where her overall responsibility became association administration and management, development and delivering of member services, oversight of state, federal and association programs and VRWA governmental relations. Myrica has an open door policy and is always looking for ways to improve. If anyone has any suggestions or ideas please contact her. |

Lisa provides administrative support to the Executive Director and takes care of human resources, financial books and other accounting duties as well as training class preparation and all reports for NRWA. |
Margaret Harrison |
Margaret oversees the production of all printed materials, including our magazine “StreamLine”. Margaret also provides office support, maintains the membership renewals and website as well as serves on the Magazine and Membership Committees. |
